LEGEND & HOSTS

United legends will be hosting this massive weekend hosting at the dinner Friday, doing autograph signings Friday, hosting the VIP dinners, at the United game watch party, and of course hanging around the group grabbing a few pints all weekend.

BRYAN ROBSON

No introduction needed as he is the longest serving United Captain, Legend, lynch pin to the United side transformed under Fergie. Captained England squad, 2 Premier League Titles, 2 FA Cups, 1 European Cup Winners Cup.

WES BROWN

Brown began his career with Manchester United, joining the club's academy at the age of 12 in 1992. After turning professional in 1996, he made his senior debut in 1998 and became a semi regular first team player during the 1998–99 season, when the club won the Treble. After a year-long hiatus due to injury, Brown became a regular fixture in the first team from 2000 onwards.

Over the next eight years, he won numerous honours, including four more Premier League titles, an FA Cup, a League Cup and another Champions League.

Former United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has stated that Brown is "without question the best natural defender this club has had for years"

DAVID MAY

"Maysie" a Mancunian born and bread worked his socks off to be a pro footballer. His desire to get to the top was there for all to see, as an amateur he even kept the mud from his boots in a bag from one match for several years to remind him he'd played on a pro football ground.

Fast forward a few years and David had reached the Premier League playing for highly rated Blackburn Rovers. He very quickly built a fine reputation as a central defender prompting Sir Alex Ferguson to (just as quickly) sign him...David's United journey had begun.

BRIAN McCLAIR

"Choccy" as he's affectionately known played a 471 games for United scoring a massive 127 goals with Sir Alex Ferguson as manager.

To play so many matches in the all conquering "Fergie era" says everything about the calibre and consistency of Choccy and his ability to play in both midfield and attack.

He was the first Utd player to score 20 league goals in a season since George Best, this achievement early in his Utd career showed just what a class act Sir Alex had brought into the team.

His knowledge of the game and respect from within the club saw him coaching United youth teams following retirement from playing.

Alex Stepney

Alex signed for United in 1966 for a world record goalkeeper fee at that time and in his first season the club were crowned league champions.

United's manager, the great Sir Matt Busby said "Alex was the single most reason we won the league" a massive statement considering George Best, Bobby Charlton and Denis Law were teammates.

One year later and United achieved their holy grail and were crowned champions of Europe at Wembley stadium in an emotional 4-1 win in extra time against Benfica where Alex made a typically brave 1 on 1 save near the end of normal time to keep United in the game.

Over the next decade Alex went on to play an incredible 539 times for United also winning the FA Cup in 1977, stopping old rivals Liverpool in their tracks.
